Shipping Policy
Shipping Time
Since most of the products are made to order, we allow the vendors to decide on
the lead time they require. This time is indicated alongside each product and
reflects in the checkout page. Typically the lead time is 2-4 days.
The logistics partner gets a notification once the vendor has your product
ready for dispatch. They will then pick it up from the vendor and deliver it to
you between 8am to 9pm on all days Monday to Saturday.
We ship on all days (Monday to Saturday) except Sundays and public holidays. If
you feel that the packaging of the product is tampered or damaged at the time
of delivery, please refuse to accept delivery of the product and contact us
immediately at
amrutadairyfpcl@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall
ensure a replacement or refund is made to you at the earliest.
In case your shipment is delayed:
In case there is a delay, please send us an email on
amrutadairyfpcl@gmail.com with your order number.
In the unfortunate scenario that your shipment has been misplaced or lost
enroute, we can either resend the order to you (if the same products are still
in stock), or reimburse the amount completely to you.
In case you are unavailable at the time of delivery:
In case the customer/consignee is unavailable at the time of delivery the
shipping carrier will make three attempts in total before returning the project
to its origin. Customer shall bear the cost of return. The refund will be
issued after deducting the cost of return and the seller shall be paid in full.
In case your phone number is switched off/not reachable we will not be liable
for your shipment not being delivered.
Dispute related to shipping:
Any disputes related to shipping will be resolved at the earliest.
In case your product(s) weren’t delivered, but has been marked delivered by the
shipping company, then please raise the complaint within 48hours of the package
being marked delivered. (The communications about the delivery of your product
are sent to the mobile number and/or email provided by you at time of placing
the order.)
If such issue is raised after 48hrs, then we will try our best to provide a
resolution for the issue, but the same isn’t guaranteed due to policy of the
shipping company.
Rejected delivery of order:
In the event of the customer rejecting from accepting a prepaid order, we will
arrange another attempt to deliver the package. If it is not possible to
re-attempt the delivery (as per shipping company’s policies), then the order
will be cancelled. Your refund will be processed to your bank account after
deduction of shipping and RTO charges in 24-48hrs once the package is received
back at our facility.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and sent to you through your
chosen communication channel.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are
incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Amruta Dairy and
Agrovet Farmer Producer Comapny Ltd is not responsible for these charges if
they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us
which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please
allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
